We’re out of Gas! When can we expect delivery?

Free same-day delivery for all our customers whether it be for Out of Gas or Reorder within our operating hours 5 days a week.

Is there anyway to tell how much gas I have remaining in cylinder?

You can pour hot water down the side of cylinder the result will be a condensation line indicating your Gas level, in some instances you may also notice a strong scent of gas when cylinder is almost empty.

How long can we expect our Bottles to last?

Rough indication only as there are many variables to consider!
Season, number of household occupants, size of home, hot water system & burners for cooktop and oven etc.
Cooktop Approx 18 months
Cooktop & Oven Approx 12 months
Hot water colder months Approx 4 – 8 weeks
Hot water warmer months Approx 8-12 weeks

Is there any rental or facility fees on bottles?

No Rental or facility fees or any hidden charges with Choice Gas you only pay for your gas.

We are currently with another Supplier is it easy to change to Choice Gas?

Yes! There are no contracts for residential 45 kg Gas so Simply contact us for your preferred delivery day and we will remove your current suppliers cylinders for collection.

How can I check if I have a Gas leak?

The best way to check is via a spray bottle using soapy water & applying to all connections, if you have a leak the water will bubble.
If Gas leak detected turn cylinders off at valves and call a local qualified Gas fitter.
